She absorbed the acute attention to form and balance associated with sculpture and photography, subsequently refining her own visual and conceptual vocabulary that emerged through her focus on the analysis of the grace and beauty of the human form. Using bright and vibrant colours she expresses her relatable experiences of women and empowerment.

ARTIST STATEMENT

My fine art portrays a number of signature styles and themes and is a mixture of interpretations of emotions at the time of creating the piece. It is my visual form of communication, personal expression, gratification and her psycho-analytical representation of what I experience. I am hoping to express something deeper in the human experience than can be simply observed

My themes have the delicacy and grace of the female form in movement and texture. Displayed, is a sensuality of my own inner self and expels the feelings each vulnerable moment art can express to the viewer in a series of relatable experiences. My art has been a mirror for others to see themselves, rediscovering their own beauty, resilience and complexity. I am fascinated by the emotions integrated into a small tilt of the head , or a folded closed in shape.
